Category 3 blackwater is a health hazard, not a cleaning job. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE and follow IICRC S500 protocol from the first step, not just the parts that are convenient.

Removing porous materials that contacted blackwater isn't a cost-cutting decision — it's a safety standard, since carpet, pad, and drywall simply can't be fully sanitized after Category 3 contact.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room sewage cleanup call or a larger one.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a sewage cleanup call.
S500 governs PPE, containment, and disposal on every Category 3 call we take.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
Sewage calls get priority dispatch given the actual health risk involved.
Every part of sewage cleanup work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Classification determines PPE level and which materials must be removed, not left to guesswork.
Extraction happens under full PPE with controlled disposal of the contaminated water.
Carpet, pad, and drywall that contacted blackwater are removed rather than dried in place.
Every surface touched by contaminated water gets treated with hospital-grade antimicrobial solution.
We treat the contamination causing the smell rather than deploying an air freshener.
Final sign-off includes both moisture and contamination checks, not just one.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified sewage cleanup result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
These reviews come from real sewage cleanup calls, not a curated highlight reel.
